Who We Are
On April 6th and 7th (Friday & Saturday respectively) 2012 we will be hosting the First Annual Motorsports Expo in Las Vegas. The Motorsports Expo offers you the greatest collection of off-road & on-road companies, parts, equipment, gear, and experts ever assembled in America. From off-road racing to rock crawling, scooters to street bikes, trail riding to sand sports, motorcycles and ATV's, camping and adventure travel, and generators and other alternative power sources you have the unique opportunity to meet and talk with the most knowledgeable people in the on & off-road industry. With a full weekend of excitement and more than 100,000 square feet of vendors and demo ride space in one location, you will see everything that is going on in the dynamic world of motorsports. All of this opportunity just in time for spring purchase.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple. By providing a pleasant environment which is conducive to business we aim to create a positive business flow for both dealer and vendor/manufacturer alike. Choosing Las Vegas as our convention location is by design and a result of years of research and input. You will find our convention floor layout to be easy to navigate and intimate in nature. We aim to make all parties satisfied as the end result for all parties involved is to be prosperous.
Show Hours
Attendee hours are on Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Exhibitor hours are move in on Thursday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and move out Saturday 6:30 p.m. to midnight. (We strictly enforce move out time and any exhibitor moving out or packing prior to the close of show at 6 p.m. will not be invited back the following year without paying penalties).
Location
We are in the ultra classy and convenient RIO Pavillion. Our convention is conveniently located adjacent to the Las Vegas strip which makes us easy to find and in the middle of all the action. RIO hotel provides constant shuttles to and from the Las Vegas strip as to accomodate the guests and provide reduced transportation cost to their patrons.
Directions
Located in the heart of Las Vegas directly south of the 15 freeway and Flamingo Blvd.
From McCarran International Airport
Head east from Wayne Newton Blvd - go 0.5 mi
Bear right at Swenson St and head toward Airport exit - go 0.9 mi
Turn LEFT onto E TROPICANA AVE/NV-593 W. Continue to follow NV-593 W.
NV-593 W is 0.2 miles past E COLBY AVE continue for 1.9 mi to I15 North
From Interstate 15
Exit 1-15 Flamingo Blvd. head west, Turn right onto Hotel Rio Drive. Convention facilities are on the Freeway side of the Resort or East side.
